At Camelwear, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Greater Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days.
  • Alexandria: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • Other Governorates in Egypt: Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damaged Items If you receive your order damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date you received your order, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • With all original tags and labels attached.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us via email at info@camelwear-eg.com or by phone at +20 115 614 4499 / +20 115 614 4488. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  • Step 2: Our customer service team will guide you through the process and arrange for a courier to pick up the item(s).
  • Step 3: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions listed above.

4. RefundsIf your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process. Once your returned item is received and approved, we will ship out the new item.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
  • Change of Mind / Sizing Issues: For returns due to a change of mind or sizing issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately for an exchange.
